National Association for Deafblind, Trivandrum, Kerala

The Kerala State branch of the NAB has been very active since its inception. They are implementing community based rehabilitation programmes for visually impaired in the state of Kerala. Adult training unit for adventitiously blind people, vocational training, low-vision clinic and integrated education are some of the examples of their activities.

Sense International (India) has financially supported this organisation for five years and the programme is now running from its own resources with technical support from Sense International (India).
