Blind Welfare Council is working in the most backward part of Dahod-Panchmahal Districts of Gujarat state. Organisation works for visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired, Mentally Retarded and Orthopedically Handicapped persons with other associated disabilities.

Sense International (India) is providing technical support by inviting educators to training programmes.
