Association for the Welfare of the Handicapped (AWH), Faridabad, Haryana

This Association works for three major categories of disabilities, i.e. Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment and Learning Difficulties. It is situated in the Industrial town of Faridabad about 50 Kms from Delhi. The school prepares the disabled children to be integrated into normal schools after 5th class and they are provided with the service of Resource Teachers.

Sense International (India) is supporting the association in implementing a Home based programme for deafblind people.
